Chef Billy

Personal Chef BillyChef Billy's passion is cooking and have been doing this a lifetime.

He is privileged to have experienced cooking for people such as; The Queen, Margret Thatcher, The Lloyd Webber's, Raymond Blanc, Alistair Little, Ainsley Harriott amongst many others.

From November 2006 up to present he has been a self employed chef working at Royal Ascot, Epsom Derby, Twickenham, Cardiff Millennium Stadium, Cheltenham Gold Cup, and Henley Regatta, Newmarket Racecourse, Doncaster Racecourse and many other high profile prestige jobs.

He has been the Head Chef at Newbury Racecourse from 1991 until 2006 wherein he was responsible for 45 chefs on a race day and cooking for twelve hundred people.

Chef Ian

Personal Chef IanChef Ian's culinary experience started 33yrs ago in a large hotel chain as Commis Chef after leaving his local college. He then worked his way up to being Head Chef in several 4 and 5 star hotels. Chef Ian also went onto work in Officers' Mess catering for Senior Officer and Royal Guests. His passion for cooking is manifested in the feedback he gets from clients such as "best dinner party with perfect food, professional and classy service".

Chef Luc

Personal Chef LucChef Luc's colourful experience started with culinary performances for London's Marco Pierre White restaurants (French cuisine), Jamie Olivier's (Monte's- Italian cuisine) and even places catering to Far East cuisines -- mostly Japanese and Indian.

His 10 years of experience across 8 European Restaurants in London made him the chef who can make your event extra memorable. With his words "Cooking has enabled me to meet a plethora of unique and exciting people and I wouldn't even begin to imagine my life without cooking", you are assured that he'll make your next celebration a very special one.

Chef Laurence

Personal Chef LaurenceChef Laurence has been in the catering industry for 20 years and had the pleasure of working with fantastic people such as Leicester Tigers, Alton Towers, Stoke City, Derby County, Manchester City and Rushden & Diamonds.

He carries with him the passion to get the best seasonal ingredients he could to be able to consistently produce quality food. Chef Laurence is committed to delivering any client with fine dining experience while keeping the surroundings sparkling clean.

Chef Craig

Personal Chef CraigChef Craig is Kitchen Angels' rookie. His blossoming culinary experience started with humble beginnings but quickly risen up to the challenges of the kitchen.

Although with not so many years of experience to back him up, he is able to exemplify his great skills with his Traditional English Food. He can prepare meals perfectly even under time pressure for anyone including Executive Clients.

Chef James

Personal Chef JamesChef James' breadth of experience in the culinary industry spans over 18 years. He has climbed his way up to Head Chef with his passion for food excellence and lead the kitchens of 2-Rosette Hotels like The Red Lion Hotel at Henley on Thames as well as an industrial catering serving up to 500 people.

He has always been a pride of Kitchen Angels for more than 5 years as a personal chef making both private and corporate functions quite a success. From Starter to Dessert, Chef James can cook up the event of your choice wether you fancy a traditional English or French Cuisine.

Chef Johnrae

Personal Chef JohnGuernsey Hotel and Tourism Association Salon Culinaire 1990 Recommendation.John Rae's broad culinary experience includes 3 yrs in the prestigious The Dorchester Hotel in London, 2 yrs in the Savoy Hotel, and 8 yrs in King's College London. He has worked with all of Kitchen Angels' big events since 1999 and has a proven track record that he can creatively pull out anyone's dream wedding, romantic dinner, or any special event.

John Rae was highly commended by the Guernsey Hotel and Tourism Association Salon Culinaire in 1990.
