Hassen understood the needs of 100 people at a post wedding buffet party and advised me on menu choices and presentation arrangements from the beginning of our discussions which helped enormously with the planning of the event. On the day itself Hassen exceeded all expectations both in terms of the quality of the buffet and the presentation of it. Each tartlet was filled carefully on arrival to preserve its crispness, each dish carefully arranged on magnificent plates and dishes and fruits layered creatively to entice the appetite.
