Dinner in the sky

Fancy having a dinner in the sky? Kitchen Angels recently catered for the UK's 1st ever dinner in London City skies. It was a complete package with drinks starting with Canapes on the ground and a 2-Course Meal freshly cooked by the personal chef in the sky. The event was a complete success with the client commending Kitchen Angels "for providing such an excellent service and the food was (of) great quality"

The Canapes on the ground:

• Tartellette of Smoked Bacon topped with spicy tomato concass
• Skewered Pitted Black Olives with roast pepper
• Gorgonzola Cheese with Walnuts and Figs
• Skewered Cocktail Sausages injected with Apple Sauce
• Duck Foie Gras Pate with Cherry Plum Tomatoes
• Oaked Smoked Salmon with Normandy Butter, Shallots and Salted Capers

The guests enjoyed the ff menu 50m high in the London's Clear Blue Sky
